Advitham
"Advitham" means there are no two entities, but just one. Once we reach the state where we realize this truth, then we can be uncluttered by all happenings around us (Sukha Dukhe same kruthva...).
When we think that there are entities other than us (a non-advitha mindset), then sorrow binds us (called Samsara Bandham). If we realize there is only one entity, then who will bind whom? And there is no scope for binding with only one entity! Freeing ourselves from this non-singular thinking is what we call true liberation, or "moksham".
Though we see different physical forms around us, the one who resides inside all is the same - Brahmam. This is akin to observing aakasham inside an empty pot vs outside the pot. The Aakasham is the same, but it's perceived different by the presence of the pot. The pot is likened to Maya that binds "Us" to the body.
Jagrath(awake), Swapna(dreaming), Sushupthi(deepest sleep when one is unaware of surroundings): all 3 avasthas(states) are experienced by the same Self (Brahmam) but with different levels of ego consciousness.
We all go through so many different physical and mental variations over life, and still identify all of that as the same "me". That is, logically, how we can learn to treat "others" as ourselves. We are all technically the same entity (Brahmam - Dhiyo yo naha prachodayaath...). Any action of others(even hurtful) is a reflection/projection of our intent/thought (just as how we experience in dreams).
Thus spake the Divine!
